  • Comments Thread For: Darchinyan: I'll Break Yamanaka Down, Then KO Him

For the past five-plus years you would be hard-pressed to find many top-level prizefighters who have tested themselves the way that Armenian Vic Darchinyan has.

Possessing a 37-4-1 record with 27 knockouts, Darchinyan has won some and lost some along the way, engaging in notable battles with the likes of Nonito Donaire, Cristian Mijares, Joseph Agbeko, Jorge Arce, and Abner Mares, amongst others. Darchinyan’s awkward style comes in hand with some very stout power and that will always make him worth watching.

American time I'm guessing it's going to be around 3 in the morning since there is a 16 hour difference between the US and Tokyo...

If Vic loses here he needs to retire or go back to 115 if his body will let him.

many few fighters have the resume as Vic! I mean dis guy has fought the best of the best!I can say his last 10 fights at least 75 prcnt of the guys hv been legit top ranked fighters! But as far as beating Japan boy! Not gna happen! Sorry Vic u lost to Moreno and beating the African in Armenia was just for showcasing ur skills to ur Armenian fans! And losing to Mares and Akbeko not the greatest performance! But I must say u are one of my fave fighters I respect u for fighting everyone and anyone at anytime! For theat u are respected and I think might be Hall of Famer!

I thought Vic was going to MMA.... I'd like him to get some more fights on tv. I still enjoy watching him fight.
