  • Comics guys, help me out

I'm going to go through Avengers Vs X-Men

What is the reading order, and required tie-in's please?

I don't know if this is what you are looking for but in the comics, Scarlet Witch is a mutant. She became an Avenger and married the android member of the Avengers, the "Vision". Before all that she and her brother Quick Silver, were semi-bad mutants against the X-Men. But that was from old comics, I don't really know what they have been up to the last decade.

thanks TBear, but what I mean is there is 12 comics AVX 1-12, but then youve got like "secret avengers issue 19" which has the AVX branding on it and runs parralell to the main series.

I'm just wondering which ones play a big part in the overall story, its quite confusing if you dont really know your stuff

Used to read Avengers years back. Only comic I'd read besides Spider-man.

Yeah man, it's a real money making business.

Friend of mine used to spend 60-70 Euro a week on all the comics, because they interconnect the storylines.

You'd be reading one comic, let's say Avengers, and the characters would be talking about something and it would say 'To know what the **** they're talking about, buy X-men 154'

He has such an OCD for completing collections, that he was a sucker for it.

I stopped reading after Phalanx Covenant or Age of Apocalypse (whichever one came second)...I've been considering catching up on like 15 years of comics though

At least they're reading, which is more than I can say for the vast majority of today's children.
