Shoes or no shoes?

When training do you use wrestling shoes or just go barefoot?

I have been training barefoot for about three years and I am considering getting a pair of wrestling shoes to wear every once and a while

If you wear shoes be carefull of footlocks. If you wore shoes in our room you would have your feet attacked like we were wild dogs.
