since when is getting hit twice flush grounds for a 10-8 round? Mayweather landed some good shots towards the end of the round as well.

I never said I scored it 10-8, but Mayweather did get rocked badly and came very close to going down. Making that a 10-8 round is just as justified as a guy getting an off-balance knockdown and when not being hurt at all.

Rafael did commend Mayweather on his superb performance the rest of the match.

Doesnt make the round a 10-8 though, Credit to him because in that round he came out firing back even though he was on steady legs.

Who cares? If this guy is ESPN's main boxing writer, and has an unofficial scorecard LIVE on espn.com for the fight, he should be qualified to score a fight at least. There's no reason for that round to be 10-8 at all. Mosley landed 2 clean punches and Mayweather was still firing back and towards the last 10 seconds he landed 2 great left hooks and a straight.
