Reports in Panama indicate plans are being put together for former champion Celestino Caballero (34-2, 23KOs) to have a comeback fight on April 2, possibly in a doubleheader setting with WBA flyweight champion Luis Concepcion. Caballero would return in his first fight since the shock loss to Jason Litzau last November. He wants to use the fight as a tune-up for a possible clash with WBA "regular" featherweight champion Jonathan Victor Barros of Argentina. Caballero has been appointed as the mandatory challenger to Barros' title.
