i dont have any weights nor a pull up bar..what are some excerises i can do for my biceps?

have somebody get on their knees and hold the ends of a towel, then grab the middle while standing and do curls while the other person gives natural resistance. otherwise, lifting heavy equipment constantly for work or something might help.
