WBC silver international heavyweight champion Manuel Charr (23-1, 13KOs) underwent surgery on the meniscus of his right knee, and is recovering well. Charr was injured during the preparation for his last fight against Yakup Saglam, which he won by TKO in the second round. Charr is already in therapy, and keen to return as fast as possible to the ring.
