Looking in the dictionary, and not the thesaurus:

    atheism |ˈāθēˌizəm|
    noun
the theory or belief that God does not exist

A related but certainly not the same "religion":

    agnostic |agˈnästik|
    noun
a person who believes that nothing is known or can be known of the existence or nature of God or of anything beyond material phenomena; a person who claims neither faith nor disbelief in God.

    Thread over.

Sure you can ask me, I'm posting the answer in the thread of my choosing though.

There's no real need for that. It's a very simple question.

Where, in that definition, would you find proof of anything evil or anything remotely questionable, in terms of morality?

NOTE: When answering, you can use nothing that doesn't provide proof. Meaning, you can't say; 'My Bible says its evil.'

There is not proof in that definition.

            Christianity |ˌkris ch ēˈanitē|
            noun
the religion based on the person and teachings of Jesus of Nazareth, or its beliefs and practices.

Is there proof of anything or remotely questionably evil about Jesus?

              About Jesus?

"So I will cast her on a bed of suffering, and I will make those who commit adultery with her suffer intensely, unless they repent of her ways. I will strike her children dead. Then all the churches will know that I am He who searches hearts and minds, and I will repay each of you according to your deeds. (Revelation 2:22-23)"

Strike her children? That seems a little harsh.

But, to be honest with you, I'd never really argued with someone about Jesus. To be quite honest with you, he's a minor portion of this debate you have, to be fair.

My problem is the Book as a whole.

atheists stand for nothing, therefore they fall for anything.

Those were the dictionary definitions, but I threw in the synonyms just for good measure.

Atheists do not believe some dude stood as a human sacrifice to absolve them of their sin, therefore they stand and fall on their own actions, as they should.
