Kazuhiro Nakamura was the only UFC competitor at UFC 76: Knockout to fail his drug test. He tested positive for marijuana.

The California State Athletic Commission has fined him $500 and suspended him through December 21.

All fighters were tested for UFC 76 and everyone else passed their tests.

I'm glad that he wasnt suspended for longer (weed should not be a band substance) but Diaz's 6 month suspension was some serious bull****. In a sherdog interview Diaz says something like "I dont go home and pop vicadines and drink beer like everyone else" which is a very good point imo, especially considering that drugs like vicadin are just refined opium. So weed is banned but not opiates? **** that.
