I seriously wouldn't go THAT far.

I realize Shaq's dominance follows him, he perhaps is the most dominant player in the history of the game.....but Duncan in his own right did such a great job managing an inherited system and taking the Spurs to the titles by himself essentially. Shaq had Kobe it's a Batman Robin Scenario

I realize Duncan had/has Parker and Manu......but they aren't the caliber player Kobe is. Not to mention Shaq also had Wade in Miami.

Duncan has always succeeded with minimal surroundings.

Whenever the game is on the line count on him to dominate.
