    No!

    Al McCoy was born on October 23, 1894 & won the Middleweight Title on April 7, 1914. That comes to 19 years 5 months 15 days.

                No I think Les Darcy was the youngest to win a version of the MIDDLEWEIGHT Title. I'll have to check his exact age at the time, in his last fight Darcy was only 20 years of age and had defended his Title at least 7 times and never lost it. I think he was just over 19, yeah, an incredible achievement eh', by any standards.
