im trying to transfer a 4.2 gb fight PC > External Drive > Ps3

file is too big to be trasferred to external so i need to split it'

If you are familiar with torrents, search for Boilsoft Video Splitter, it's good.

Ahhh, I see.

My brother-in-law uses a program called 'PS3Splitter'.

I don't know much about how it works, but this thread may be of use to you.

Did you put the serial in?.

Try VirtualDub. It's the best I've ever used. It usually encodes in different AVI formats but it can also do MPEG.

If not search for TMPGENC. That's also a good editor but it is not freeware.
