[PLEASE HELP] WTF, T-mobile got bought out by AT&T??

My little cousin that works at T-mobile just called me and said they had a big meeting and they were told they got bought out and are not sure if every one will still have a job.

Is this true? Anyone got any more info on this matter? I heard AT&T is more expensive and got crappier service I hope this aint true!
