Bob says no Mayweather until 2013. Koncz says Manny/JMM 4 depends on floyd. Floyd offered manny a great deal in Dec 09 to fight, Manny turned it down. Floyd offered manny a ****ty deal a few months ago, he turned it down.

How does manny/jmm 4 depend on floyd when manny turns down every deal he is offered?
