  • basic training info- LINKS

Instead of getting PO'd at people for not knowing everything about everything, Im going to provide some links so you guys can learn a lil extra sumthin sumthin.

Its good to have at least a basic understanding of how and why your body adapts to various stimuli so you know why or why not to do something. And the main and secondary functions of the muscles, energy systems etc. If your not interested dont read it but Im sure alot of you will.

Alot of things I have to find again or find alternate sites so bare with me, it may take a while. Ive also got somewhere I've got to be soon so I'll post more links after. If anybody has more links they'd like to add please do.

Links coming in the next post
