Crazy Google mess up?

Type in "I can read wikipedia". Click "I'm feeling lucky".

Why does this happen? Saw it on another forum. Is it an accident or foul joke by some internet gang?

PS- I am not doing this as a joke or slight to anyone, but more of a discussion. I think 4chan might have something to do with this, since they've done things to Google before.
