      You're only supposed to have one meal per day compressing solely of meat and fat.

        You can have protein before. I do. However he is right, you should reverse them. You don’t need a “high protein breakfast” going into a workout. After that workout is when you need protein.

        If you mix it up it won't hurt you but I would flip the breakfast routine.
