I was thinking about this earlier while watching the fight. I think that a lot of people (myself included) was fooled and swayed by AA's performance against Miranda. Suffering a broken jaw and still pulling out the victory made a lot of people view him differently. His stock skyrocketed and I think it made people elevate him higher than perhaps he was worthy of.
So going into this, he had this aura about him and that's why he was a favorite along with Kessler.
Now he loses three straight and it leads me to wonder if he was really that good to start with, or were we influenced by the Miranda fight.
