You will hear many obvious claims. Tyson, Foreman, Bowe, Louis etc etc.

However I throw in the names of two i doubt anyone else will think of.

I have been watching a lot of Matthew Saad Muhammad lately and I believe both of his uppercuts were a pair of nastys. One of the hardest hitters ever.

No one was able to get more leverage into their punches than Bob Foster. Bobby was arguable the hardest hitter the sport has seen. (arguably, don't go calling me a crazy troll now) ALL of Fosters punches hit hard as hell. His uppercut is no excuse.

Speaking of Saad, he took a ton of uppercuts from Marvin Johnson, who himself was the victim of what I consider one of the greatest uppercuts ever thrown, the one Michael Spinks used (kind of a "hookercut") to take Johnson out.
