To me this list makes no sense
FYI, he does not mean they are the best on that decade.. He just mean that 3rd world countries produced ATG legends on each decade...

Number 2-Julio Cesar Chavez (Mexico) 1990s

        Number 3-Manny Pacquiao (Philipines) 2000s

Number 4-??? with the imminent decline of Pacquiao, who will be next and from where?
There are a LOT more than 3 ATG legends from 3rd world countries. Azumah Nelson is ATG from Ghana bud. Julian Jackson from Jamaica.

        Not seeing a pattern.

Unless you are trying to say that the torch is getting passed from country to country? but even that wouldnt make sense. The torch keeps going back to Mexico and USA.

Jofre? Popo Freitas? Freitas wasnt even that long ago.

****, he was so famous in Brazil that his wedding was televised and one of the most watched events ever there.

You really dont know what youre talking about do you bud?

Next time, instead of starting a **** thread, just think your question to yourself and use google. Best advice I can give.
