Since my Playoff Boxing thread was such a success, Butterfly Productions Inc. is gonna emulate ESPN Classic's "Who's #1" and "Top 5 Reasons You Can't Blame". Of course, since this is a boxing forum, they will be strictly boxing topics. I will count down the greatest things in boxing and also vindicate boxers, boxing events, and boxing moments for questionable decisions, just like in ESPN Classic. I will do "Who's #1" every Monday, and "Top 5 Reasons" every Tuesday, starting September 11, and it will be for about one year.
Here is the lineup for the first three weeks...
Who's Number 1:
Greatest Fights - Monday, September 11, 2006
Greatest Upsets - Monday, September 18, 2006
Greatest Flops - Monday, September 25, 2006
Top Five Reasons You Can't Blame:
Jack Johnson and Jack Dempsey for Losing Many Fights Early in Their Careers - Tuesday, September 12, 2006
Muhammad Ali for Fighting Larry Holmes - Tuesday, September 19, 2006
Joe Louis for Losing to Max Schmeling in 1936 - Tuesday, September 26, 2006
Hope you enjoy them!
