Fackin badass is what he is....

Been watchin him since 03 season when he was a damn rookie and back then he was a beast at 19. I am very glad that it’s a Latino that achieved this after 45 years. I hope he guides himself down the right paths for the rest of his career since he’s had a couple of screw ups already.

Congratz to Cabrera...he don't get enough recognition though....maybe because he plays for detroit or for him being latino....if it would've been mike trout they'd be throwing parades and he'd be in cereal boxes....

Ted Williams was half mexican though...his mom was mexican his dad was irish or something like that...

his triple crown is better then all the others

today there are so many more hard throwers(mid 90s & up)& specialists then there were in the past. i never thought i'd see a player get the triple crown. i remember listening to lance berkman & he said that there will be guys warming up in the pen who throw mid to high 90s & they never even heard of them. the commentator was a hall of fame pitcher from back in the 60s & 70s & he agreed & said there was only a handful of guys who could throw that hard & most ended up in the hall of fame but now you got teams with 3 or 4 relievers who hit high 90s on the radar gun...

if miguel cabrera was white they'd have him doing pepsi and coke commercials...that fact that he's latino and plays for the tigers is what's keeping him in the dark....a triple crown hasn't been done since 1967 they barely talked about it.....i know his english is not that good but still he deserves more recognition....
