The trainer of Danny Williams, Jim McDonnell, has told the UK's Sun Online that he has obtained the secrets to beat Vitali Klitschko. The camp of Williams is pulling out all the stops in order to defeat Vitali Klitschko on December 11th and bring the WBC heavyweight title back to England.
Apparently there is a book which was produced by the Klitschko brothers which gives very detailed information regarding their training methods and mental attuitude, the book is called "The Klitschkos". McDonnell went as far as to translate the entire book from German to English and stated that the book "makes a good read".
McDonnell told Williams that Vitali wrote in the book that he suffers from bad training days and the information seems to have boosted the confidence level of Williams, who suffered from the same mental attitude in several of his camps.
“Klitschko’s book has also told me that his head is not always right when he admits suffering from down days when he prepares. I told Danny ‘Look, you’re not the only one. Klitschko suffers and every fighter in the world probably suffers the same way’. said McDonnell [details]
