According to trainer/manager Chepo Reynoso, the next opponent for WBC 154-pound champion Saul "Canelo" Alvarez (40-0-1, 29KOs) will be revealed on Monday by Golden Boy Promotions President Oscar De La Hoya. Seems highly unlikely.

If it's Kirkland not on PPV I will be very happy.

Better Kirkland than Mayorga. Good fight for the ginger to look good.

The dates Mayorga gave and the dates GBP are giving are too close of a coincidence.

Looks like it's either Mayorga or they're going to pay Kirk to fight hurt.

Why Miami though? Seems like a random place to go to. And how come Vegas wasn't mentioned in the press tour? Unless it was implicit.
