      i was drinking this when i wanted to gain some mass when i was banging alot of weight

        im my muscle milk or any protein powder,i blend 1 egg,2 big scoops of peanut butter,3 big scoops of ice cream and about 5 oz of rice milk.dont get any chocolate flavors tho.all you will taste is the ice cream

          BJ Penn Shake:
          - 1 cup oats
          - protein powder
          - greens mix
          - cup of mixed berries
          - cup of milk
          - banana

          Have this one every morning im training. Yum :P

            my cousins weight gainer shake

            1-3 cups 3% milk
            1 cup oats
            1 cut up steak/chicken breast
            1/2-1 cup of broccoli
            1 tbsp honey
            2-4 scoops whey protien powder
