The point is who put the first road block leading to this fight? It was Pacquiao because he refused Floyd OST? NO! Why? Well, how the hell Pac can refuse the OST when nobody ask him at the first place? Floyd asked this big obstacle and so the road block began. Floyd fans will say, Floyd accepted the $10m penalty why Pac could not do the same about the OST? Well in fact, Pac did not blatantly refuse it but negotiated to the term both side may agree. The very first time Floyd asked OST did Pac said..."go to hell with your OST and I will never fight you!" He didn't right? Instead, he negotiated to 24 days, 14 days and 7 days cut-off. All Floyd have to do is agree to the term and we should seen this fight long time ago but he simply moved the goal post from 14 days to 0 day cut-off. Who is at fault? Floyd fans should know, NEGOTIATION was invented to reach into term agreeable to both side. If the other party involved stand firm and will not bulge or doesn't care if the negotiation fail then you know should by then the result. Now we back to the $10m penalty Floyd had agreed easily. Well, its common sense Floyd has no other choice but to agree. Do you think he is fool enough and says he is against to the $10m weight penalty when everybody knows he cheated Marquez at the scale, gladly and happily just paid the cheap overweight penalty. The same will goes to his OST. For the rest of his life, he has to take his OST in his every fights to save his face or be labeled he is just really scared to fight the Pacman.

I remember when the 14 days offered by Floyd team. You all Floyd fans said the 14 days offered was fair and just. Pac team counter offered 24 days and Floyd all has to do is accept it but he didn't. After a while Floyd took back the 14 days and Pac team tried to negotiate with 14 days and Floyd said he already took back the offered. lol! Then you all Floyd fans said before the 14 days is more than enough to a PED user and it fair for both side, all of the sudden you took back all your words as well. lol. Floyd and Marquez signed the contact they will meet at 144 but Floyd did not honor the contract he signed just like when he ignored the court order to show his proof Pac was on PED as he accused Pacquiao. He didn't bother to make weight and just happily paid the cheap add penalty.

My point is Pac did not refuse or against the OST to be labeled you all he was hiding something or scared to fight Floyd. He negotiate to the term may both side reach to an agreement.
