When you cycle and decide to go off of it, allow yourself atleast 10 hours of sleep that night....
I just went off of it and tried to get up at my usual time and I couldnt even move, I was soooo tired and couldnt do anything....I barely pulled off my training...I feel fatigued even though I got 8 1/2 hours of sleep....
So allow yourself enough time to adjust and you might want to take a few days off to let your body adjust...Trust me you will need it.....
