I was severely disappointed by Rock's last HBO special. I watched a few scenes of his 1999 HBO special a few days ago and they don't even compare.

Dave Chappelle is the best right now though. The little 10 minute clip he has in a comedy club in the UK got as many laughs out of me then what Katt got in 1 hour. Rock barely got a chuckle out of me.

If you want to compare their current routines, it's a no contest in favor of Williams IMO. If you're gonna compare best vs. best it's another story.
