There are 1094 PRO heavyweights in the world, 392 are americans, you can check on boxrec.

And I can name you a lot of US heavyweights bigger than Klit.

And why the heavyweight champion should be american??Are you guys somewhat superior?

When USA dominated heavyweight boxing, other countries didn't give a ****.I mean, Asia, Soviets, Africa didn't have pro heavyweights, being US champ was equal to be world champ because it was mostly an american sport, just like NFL and baseball. That's why the HW champ always was american.

I guess Brits can say their talented athletes go for money to "soccer" not the Welterweight and middleweight divisions and that's why they don't rule it, it's ****ed up.

    Ho and I forgot.

The American HW champs from the past weren't even real world champs, they were all frauds because they never competed against the Soviets/Eastern Europeans in the pros.

All of the best American heavyweights have been destroyed by the Klitschkos and other Eastern Europeans.

The same thing is happening in many other weight classes too.

Soviets/Eastern Europeans weren't allowed to turn pro until the 1990s because of the cold war/iron curtain.

Now Soviets/Eastern Europeans are allowed to turn pro and we're already taking over boxing and are dominating the higher weight classes.

We're also dominating the amatuers. Most of those great amatuers will become great pros.

This is just the beginning of the Eastern European domination.

NFL/NBA is just another WEAK EXCUSE.

There are tons of potential Eastern European HW Boxers who are doing Combat Sambo, MMA, Kickboxing, Hockey, Olympic Wrestling, Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting, Worlds Strongest Man Competitions, etc.

America isn't the only country on the planet that has other sports you ******ed racist excuse-making crybabies.

Vitali and Wlad are the MOST DOMINANT FIGHTERS OF ALL TIME.

Either Klitschko beats any HW from any era.
Heres the breakdown by countries with the most titleholders:

      Mexico: 18
      US: 11
      Japan: 8
      Russia: 4
      Argentina: 4
      Thailand: 4
      Philippines: 3
      Germany: 3
      Ukraine: 3
      Panama: 3
      Cuba: 3
      Australia: 3
      South Africa: 3

US has the most P4P fighters and the second most champions. So we are pretty much still dominating the sport, a sport we don't even care about! hahaha. Boxing probably isn't even a top 15 sport in America.

Where is that Eastern European dominance yall keep talking about? Unless you consider 2 brothers and a few paper champions dominance lol. America doesn't care about boxing, and we don't even have our best athlete competing, yet we still are number 1. Pretty sad.

It's like when we sent our 3rd string Dream Team to the Olympics in basketball, and came in 3rd, and people were like OMFG America sucks. Then we sent our real dream team and whooped everyone by 50 again. Imagine if people actually cared about boxing in the US and our top athletes were competing. We'd be dominating every weight class

If America still gave slightly more than a fuck about boxing, the Klits would likely be unemployed, homeless bums on the streets of Kiev, selling ciggarette singles, cartons of donuts & bootlegg DVD's to make a living.

Americans could have better heavyweight Boxers but the Klitschkos are still amazing fighters it just shows how desperate some of you are to bring up Lebron and Dwight then do hypothetical matches this can keep getting done, the Klitschkos are dominating other fighters accept it they are the best right now

Baseball is more of a sport then the NFL true story another one is NFL players have NO stamina they get substituted every other play couldn't last 4 rounds in boxing just be honest these two Ukrainians are better then all heavyweights that came out of USA in the last 20+ years.

            oh wait, there werent any.

seriously, where were all these tall, lanky, goofy looking, skinny nba players in the 70's, 60's and 50's? why werent they destroying average sized hw's like like ali and small hw's like frazier and tyson?

players 40 and 50 years ago were not nearly as tall as they are today, certainly not 6'8 on average.

The NBA, like most sports over time, has evolved tremendously. It used to be a shooting league now its about athleticism. Totally different breed of players.

And its not just about height. Its more about actually being in shape. Past American HWs were in shape, HWs today are fat

okay so why werent these tall 6'7" "athletes" flooding boxing then? the nba is relatively new so these tall skinny dudes would have had no other sport to play other than boxing.

the real answer: tall guys like in the nba are not strong and powerful for the most part. those types of builds (lanky) arent meant for strength which is probably the most important aspect of hw fighting.

the NBA is relatively new? UFC is relatively new...not the NBA. And before NBA there was ABA. pro basketball's been around quite awhile, since 1920s. So unless you're talking about boxing before 1920, you don't have a point. If an athlete is given the option between being in the NBA or NFL and being a boxer, they will never choose boxing

LMFAO. Tall guys in the NBA aren't strong and powerful? Yea okay....yet a 6'1 210 lb flabby fat Eddie Chambers aka the best current American HW is super strong right? And guys like Dwight Howard and Blake Griffen and all of power fowards and centers in the NBA are all weak in comparison to the almighty Eddie Chambers.

                    you fool.

Answer this question. If you had a choice to go to the NBA, make more money and become more famous and live a healthy life after you retire, or go into boxing, get beat up for less money and less fame and have permanent damage after you retire, which would you choose?

That honestly has to be the dumbest post I've ever seen
You basically proved my point more here, theyd take the easier safer route. In nba if they had the choice. Ok.maybe not lazy but compared to boxing, its easy route.
