My friend recorded a sparring match I had with a friend, I know we shouldn't be going so hard lol. And I need to learn to stop throwing so many left hooks.

yeah, I thought that fight ending low blow was a liver shot. took me a second to realize he was in pain from a low blow :\

It would be fun fighting somebody who kept their left hand as low as you do, exposing the entire side of your face. That's dangerous and I do not understand the point in doing that.

Lucky the guy you were sparring with can't fight.
