                      Day 2: Plyometrics

                      It buuuurrrnnnsssssss!

                      My legs were shaking at the end of the workout. Really good and intense exercises, I liked this a lot. My triceps, Chest and back are hurting so a leg based workout was perfect for today.

                      It's really early stages right now but this definitely works.

                      Question: does it matter about the time of my workouts?

                      I train a hour or so after breakfast, I feel I have no energy. My breakfast consists of 5 egg whites, a fruit and about 500ml of water.

                      I have to train after this because I work nights and breakfast for me falls at around 5-5:30pm.
