Trainer Eddie Mustafa Muhammad’s stable of quality fighters continues to grow, as the former light heavyweight champion is now working with Philadelphia’s Mike Jones.
Jones’ talent has always been evident, and in teaming up with Muhammad he will be looking to bounce back from his only professional setback this past June when he was stopped in the 11th round by Randall Bailey in a clash for the vacant IBF welterweight strap.
As is often the case with Muhammad, he was contacted unexpectedly by Jones a few days ago and seems intrigued by the thought of helping him rebuild his career.
