Recently I've completly removed free weights form my workout and started doing strictly bodyweight circuits. I love em, and I've been seeing good results in my overall physical strength. Theyre perfect for me, because Ive already got all the muscle mass I need from the years of power lifting I did for football. Anyways, lately I feel like the execises Ive been doing are getting old and I need a new routine. Does anyone have a good bodyweight circuit routine they could post up, or does anyone know where I can find some. Thanks
