                Haye hasn't got a license and it's not just because of that. Chisora has been infront of the board a few times already because of his behaviour they weren't going to keep letting the guy off with the crap he does,

                  Does that mean he can still get a licence anywhere (e.g. Gabon) or does it mean he can't fight in Britain anymore? Or can he still fight anywhere with another licence?

                    He can still get a license to fight if another country is willing to give him one. But he can't fight in the UK.
