  • weight strength speed power

2 fighters, both have the same level of speed and bodyweight, but one is very strong the other is not. Everything other than strength is exactly the same.

Do they have the same punching power?

Or does the guy with lots of strength have more punching power?

If the strong guy has MORE power than the other guy despite having the same speed bodyweight and everything else, how is his strength making his punching power harder?

Dude you are asking a ton of questions that cannot be answered.

I already told you that chin, speed and power are things you are born with. You can improve speed and power but to have that natural speed or power like Khan or Tyson, it's called GENETICS.

Why does Usain Bolt run faster than everyone else? Is it because he trains harder? No, it's because he was born with the natural ability to run really fast.

If training and technique was the only thing you needed to hit like Mike Tyson, then EVERY boxer would be able to hit like that. You are BORN with it man, let it go.

A punch is a snap not a push. How much someone can bench press has no relationship to how hard they can punch. Hard punches take proper technique and coordination and speed. All things being equal the faster the fist move when it makes contact the harder the blow just as a rock going 80 miles per hour is going to hit harder than a rock going 40 miles per hour.
