People are underestimating Rios' skills. He does have a good jab when he uses it. As he moves up he'll need it. His power is so far beyond Diaz that it overtakes the positives for Baby Bull. However at 135 he can just bang guys out. At 140 he will have to box some or suffer very bad consequences. Final verdict: He's nothing like Diaz in my book.
