  • How does Haye avoid the Wlad jab?

I seem to recall Ruiz landing a few stiff jabs on Haye, one that wobbled him onto the ropes. Wlad's jab is a big step up in power, length and rapidity from Ruiz. Haye's style is to crouch with his head forward and hands down, throwing looping overhands and one two's. I don't see much of a defence except head movement and counters. How does he take away that jab? And how can he survive long if Wlad finds range? Iron Mike could be right this is a two rounder for WK.

it will be very difficult to avoid his jab.

he'll be using the same tactics as Lennox Lewis, hiding behind his jab and then throwing a big blow here and there.

Haye will need to have some good footwork, head movement and has to go for the early knockout

If Wlad settles with the jab, he can go all night until Haye breaks similar to Lewis vs Tyson

Also Haye keeps his left hand way to low, which will make it even more easier for Wlad to land a big right on Hayes exposed side

Haye will need to get Wlad on his backfoot, when Wlad gets scared he closes up and he will not throw the jab as much
