Britain is very mixed ethnically. You can't really generalise a country that's so diverse. In somewhere like Sweden, where it's not too mixed, it is much easier to imagine what an attractive person of that country looks like, as you can easily imagine a conventionally good looking person from that country without trying to figure out what the average person would actually look like. In other words, it's much easier, but not necessarily accurate, as there are millions of people in most countries.
