Why worry about a fight that won't happen? Pacquiao made it clear after the Margarito fight that win, lose, or draw his smaller body was taking to much punishment from bigger men and he would never again fight over 147. That means he won't fight at 148, 149, or 150. It was Arum and later Roach that pushed for the Cotto fight. No where will you find a direct quote from Pacquiao saying he wanted to fight Cotto at 150. If Golovkin gets down to 150 I think Pacquiao would beat him.
