Ahead of Floyd Mayweather that's or sure.

He has a better resume than Floyd does. Took more risks & has been far more active.

This is true. Mayweather who loves his uncle never fought Kostya Tszyu the guy who beat his uncle. People made excuses that the deal would be hard to make since May was with HBO and Tszyu with Showtime, but Mayweather wanted too much. HBO and SHowtime worked together to make Tyson-Lewis, they could have done the same here.

Floyd's philosophy has been consistent, greatest reward with minimal risk. He told skysports that "Pac was easy and one dimensional", yet he never wanted the fight. The $40 million offer was a joke, knowing the PPV could have bought in close to $200 million alone. His bluff was called out and even Michael Irwin would say, "All this running is making brothers look bad, if you lose it's an honorable loss, if you die is an honorable death."

he is past the HOF status, a solid 5 star ATG and close to surpassing ali's GOAT recognition world wide. in terms of achievements, contributions to society and cultural icon status, pacquiao is right up there.
