Lam chops from Costco. marinate it with garlic, rosemary & olive oil then grill it. eat it with mint jelly, A1 sauce and tabasco. that's the bomb

Best meat I've ever eaten is warthog. No bullsht. Doesn't taste like pork, at all. Tender, tasty. Then maybe lamb (chops or leg,) dungeness crab (with butter,) salmon (smoked or with avocado and rice, wrapped in seaweed,) beef (ribeye.)
