Boardwalk Hall, Atlantic City - The weights are in for Saturday's Showtime televised doubleheader. In the main event, junior welterweight champions Lamont Peterson and Lucas Matthysse will battle at a catch-weight of 141-pounds. Matthysse was 140-pounds, while Peterson came in at 141 on the nose.

In the co-featured fight, IBF welterweight champion Devon Alexander weighed in at 146.7-pounds, while Lee Purdy of the UK was overweight, coming in at 148. Purdy has two hours to make the 147 limit.

Not true at all, the IBF is probably the only sanctioning body that actually loves them. They will waive mandatories in favor of a unification fight.

This fight is at 141 because Lucas didn't want to lose his interim title.
