I fried it with a bit of grapeseed oil, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, herbs, balsamic vinegar, and soy sauce.

Ceviche (Peruvian dish of raw fish with lemon) is delicious with some Aji (Peruvian hot sauce)

I like all fish. I can't choose one. But, I prefer white fish.

In fall, this fish is really popular in Japan (Pacific saury or mackerel pike according to the translator).


Last Friday, I went to a full course meal of blowfish. It's expensive, but the restaurant was having a half-off special.

My favorite fish is lobster but it is expensive as hell and I rarely have it. I eat wild Pacific salmon about 5 days a week either raw/sushi style with wasabi and soya sauce on rice...or slightly baked with a splash of lemon juice.

I don't **** with fish. I never liked the taste of any of it.

Infact, I don't **** with any seafood aside from an occasional crab or two. Those are the only ocean dwelling creature whose taste agrees with my palate.
