Just cos Floyd is favourite he still has to fight. Pac is favourite against everyone at WW as well against everyone apart from maybe against FLoyd. But the difference is Pac fights regularly and dont take rests.
If floyd is favourite against Pac, it is cos FLoyd is overated so dont boast about Floyd being favourite.
Tell ssm he should've accepted floyd's challenge when he was prime. Same with ODH and Kosta.

As for cotto and Margs, we know the truth.

Bottom line is floyd is gonna be favored against almoist everyone so anytime he wins, guys like you can say oh that guy wasn't dangerous.

floyd fights a 6-1 underdog, the opponent isn't dangerous according to you. WHen manny fights a 6-1 undedog, well he's dangerous.

How come you see 6-1 underdogs so differently?

When Manny fights a 6-1 dog it is a "brave and historic giant killer" because if a guy is 1" taller than him it instantly means it will be a huge upset for Manny

Also, when Manny fights a 6-1 dog...he loses on the cards

      • Floyd is favored to win in a Pac fight, yet he can't bring himself into fighting Pac without dumping tons of roadblocks. How are you supposed to make him fight guys like Martinez? Floyd will only fight guys he knew he can beat. That's the bottom line.

          Joeman:

when manny offered JMM a ****ty deal for a rematch after their 1st fight, did you call that a "roadblock"?

Also, was it JMM's fault for refusing a ****ty deal or manny's for offering it?

I don't know what ****ty deal you are talking about. Nobody offered anything to anybody. They're both struggling fighters back then. Pacquiao was not even a star at that time. They were both demanding specific amounts of money. Marquez wanted the bigger amount. Pacquiao wanted an even amount. In the end JMM was forced to beg for the fight years after seeing his career on a downward slope, even saying he'll fight Pac for free. So it's apples and bananas.

If you know Marquez wanted more than you seem to know what I'm talking about. Manny was also the bigger star even though he wasn't as big as he is now.

So I'll ask again, respectfully, would you call manny's low offer a "roadblock"?

Additionally, with regards to the delay in the rematch because of the money split, would you blame the delay on JMM refusing the low offer or manny because he offered such a bad deal?

Manny was not a bigger star back then. If that is true, JMM would have relented. Can't believe you can't distinguish who's roadblocking the fight. JMM demanding more was a roadblock. I'm sure JMM realized that as well later on. BTW, at about the same year, he was also offered $1.2 million to fight Morales. JMM, as usual, priced himself out again. It's not like this is not typical of JMM.

BTW, this the same guy who was forced to fight in Indonesia, and lost, for significantly less money.

Hmm... If you believe that, are you saying Pac should have accepted JMM getting the bigger purse? Never heard anything like this. You're admitting Pac was the bigger star and you're saying he should have accepted the smaller offer. Hmm... and you call it a roadblock when he rejected it. Hmm...

You postedy JMM "demanding more" was a roadblock. Regrading floyd/manny, Manny is "demanding more" than $40 mil, no ppv and you are not calling that a roadblock.

Why do you label roadblocks differently? It would seem that demanding more would be the roadblock in each case.

Floyd schooled JMM, while Pac struggled, and everyone knows JMM was robbed not for the first time neither

Pac beat a washed up Ricky Hatton who Floyd took the best of

Pacman has only had one good fight it was against Cotto, everyone else he fought was washed up, rubbish or they were robbed
