          I'm a young dude but I like the old school shit.

          EW&F - Boogie Wonderland: I bump this ALL the time, and people may or may not stare, but I just can't help not to dance to it.

          Redbone - Come and Get Your Love: Okay, I got this off a Floyd Mayweather highlight video, point is, I love this song.

          James Brown - Payback: This is a good especially for shadowboxing.

          Prince - Rasberry Beret: Prince is awesome for runs while you're thinking of all the hoes you want to have sexy time with when they check out your new v-cut abs.

          Queen - Another One Bites the Dust: Gets me in the mood to whoop some arse.

                When theres spar sessions going on theres NO music in the gym!!!! The only voice in the gym was mine! Other than that heres a few artists I used when I trained and in my gym;

                Joe Cuba
                Mongo Santamaria
                Booker T. & the MG's
                Louis Jordan & the Timpani Five (rope work only)....any Afro/Cuban will do!

                Ray.

                  When i train with weights.... indestructibe by disturbed. Not as much anymore but back when i was lifting maximal loads almost daily itd get me in an almost berserk state.

                  Now i only listen to music when im swimming (unless other ppl ask me to tuen it off) or when i shadowbox and skip rope at home. Then i like to listen to classical or opera. I find it keeps me smooth and breathig steady.

                  At the gym the coach has some music in the background but its mostly overpowered by the gym sounds
