It depends on what you prefer tbh. Breaking bad is an easy watch and doesn't require analysing scenes,themes and characters like the sopranos/wire does. I watch the sopranos/the wire/game of thrones when i have time on my hands to fully appreciate these things, whilst breaking bad is something you would watch after a long day at work to chill out.
