Mexico's Juan Carlos Sanchez Jr. will be the next challenger for Omar "Hurricane" Narvaez who returns to make a defense of his flyweight world title of the World Boxing Organization on Saturday June 11 at Luna Park in Buenos Aires. The information was published by Abajodelring.com and surprised many who expected to see Narvaez in a clash of greater importance, especially after his win over tough Cesar Seda. Sánchez Jr. has a record of 12-1-1, with 7 KOs. Narváez (34-0-2, 19 KOs) will make the third defense of his 115-pound crown, after reigning for nearly eight years at flyweight, where he made 16 successful defenses. żJuan Carlos Sanchez? This guy's record is full of bums & the only fighter that he's fought(& beaten) with an impressive record was in his last fight against Juan Estrada(who was 18-0), but Estrada's record was ALSO full of TOMATO CANS!! & last year Sanchez got KO'd by Daniel Rosas who was 4-0 at the time..& supposedly the talks were that if Narvaez successfully defended his title against Seda(which he did) he was suppose to face Hugo Cazares next to unify..I wonder żWhat ever happened to that deal?

He's had several title fights outside Argentina.

He's now a big draw in Argentina though, so it wouldn't make sense at this time.

Why not b1tch about boxers like Ward, Berto, and Williams, who are NOT big draws but NEVER fight outside the USA?

Dude has defended six times in Europe and is coming off his toughest title defense. If this turns out to be a cupcake at home where he can make some money, I don't have a problem with that if he next fights somebody good in the next 6-9 months.
But what's up with him fighting another tall dude? Narvaez seems to have a serious Napoleon complex
