So my left shoulder usually whenever I lift it in a chicken wing motion or rotation of my arm there are "clicks" "pops" "cracks" in my shoulder and I can feel it there too.
Right at the top of your shoulder mostly on the top fronter part(the side facing in front of you) is where I feel it. There is pain if I keep my hands up for more than say 15 minutes, it practically causes me into a Philly Shell stance to avoid shoulder area pain.
It has appeared since boxing maybe 2-3 weeks ago(I've been boxing for at least a month.
Any advice on this shoulder issue??
It is not a natural pain you can fight against.
