  • Who are some of the best Heavyweight combination boxers in history?

Apart from Joe Louis, Muhammad Ali, Mike Tyson and Floyd Patterson, as I feel these fighters are clearly known for there combinations/hand speed already.

But who are Heavyweight boxers who are not as known as these fighters, maybe a level below them, who could put together great combinations.

Evander Holyfield is the first name that comes to me.

I'll tell you what.. Wladimir Klitschko can throw some really good combinations when he feels like it. Which is hardly ever now.

I think Wladimir has a very weak inside game in essence he hasn't had to use it often because not often do many fighters can't get past his jab to get there and if they do he clinches. This is where I think Bowe would expose him.

Tua for no reason other than the triple left hook.

Michael Dokes was an excellent combination puncher with blinding speed during his prime.

Marciano and Frazier weren't the most artistic with their combo's but their relentlessness definitely made up for it. I noticed Tyson & Holyfield kind of burnt out in their later years as far as throwing combinations. But in their prime.. Whoa baby!!
