Not sure what the set up was with Boxing back then, but the MLB did a survey test to get an idea who was roiding around '03. The results were sealed to the public by court order. The fighter gains unnatural weight and additional muscle but when the he goes off steroids he never seems able to get back to the fighter he was before taking the drugs, which is what happened to both Mosley and De La Hoya, who also admitted taking steroids.
